Winter often brings beautiful memories and wonderful sights to see, but it’s not always a desirable season for everyone, especially for homeless cats who endure the streets even in the coldest nights. This was the case for a tabby cat named Padou until he met his savior Ayah on the streets of Montreal, Canada.
Ayah and Chatons Orphelins Montreal worked hard to win Padou’s heart and give him a better life off the streets. It was a long and tedious process, but once they had Padou in their care, they immediately treated him and gave him all the love he needed. The once fearful cat soon turned out to be a calm and sweet kitty who is now ready to have a loving family and a forever home. This tabby cat is Padou. Believe it or not, he didn’t always look this safe and healthy.
Padou used to roam the streets of Montreal, Canada, sporting a rugged look that came with many battle scars. People saw him wander the streets, hang around under cars, in courtyards, and on sidewalks, but no one ever claimed him.
A few months ago, a woman named Ayah started feeding Padou to gain his trust, and over time Padou became used to her.
During the process of winning Padou over, Ayah noticed he was suffering from a number of health problems, including a severe infection and malnutrition. She immediately took him to a vet and started treating him.
Thanks to Ayah’s care and love, Padou’s health improved dramatically, and he started to gain weight and become more confident.
Padou loves to be petted and cuddled, and he enjoys playing with toys. He has become a friendly and affectionate cat who is always ready to give and receive love.
Padou has come a long way from his days on the streets, and he is now looking for a forever home where he can live out his life in comfort and security.
