Jennifer Bonjean stated that Kelly’s team is appealing the New York verdict. The dropped Cook County cases involved four women, two of whom were part of the resolved federal litigation. The other two accusers will not have their cases heard in court. The attorney for one of the women declined to comment, and the other could not be reached for comment.
